This direction aligns closely with the six strategic initiatives announced by the Ministry of Manpower to strengthen Indonesia’s national OSH system. Minister of Manpower Yassierli emphasized that OSH is a foundation for creating a safe, healthy, and productive workforce, outlining key priorities including:

• Reforming OSH training, testing, and licensing through digital transformation
• Updating OSH regulations, including the roadmap to revise Law No. 1/1970 on Work Safety
• Strengthening the competence of Labour Inspectors and OSH Assessors
• Enhancing integrated reporting systems for workplace accidents
• Expanding digital OSH services such as Teman K3 and Norma-100
• Encouraging collaboration with communities and professional associations through promotive-preventive programs and Joint Labour Inspection
